Terms & Conditions Overview 

  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • Forward Sports Coaching or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • Forward Sports Coaching reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us informed should this change by emailing/calling us at - forwardsportscoaching@hotmail.com
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 
  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Forward Sports Coaching will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this policy from time to time and your continued use of the Website will be deemed to be acceptance of amendments we make.

1. What information do we collect about you?

At various times during a visit to this Website you may be asked to provide us with personal information (for example your name, address and other personal details).

If you are making a booking on behalf of children that are not your own, you warrant that you have the necessary authority to do so and in particular that you have the necessary permission to pass on the personal details of these children to us.

In common with many other online services we may also use “cookies” to collect information about how you use the Website. This information is used to produce statistical reports on website activity and allows us to tailor the Website to suit your interests.

Primarily we will use the personal information we collect on the Website to send you information you have requested, assist in the provision of products and services to you and to enable us to review and improve the products or services offered to you.

From time to time we would like to contact you about products, upcoming events and offers. We never give your information to any third party.

We want to make sure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

4. When does this Privacy Policy not apply?

This Privacy Policy only applies to the collection of personal information by us and those whom we authorise. It does not cover third party sites to which we provide links, nor does it cover advertisers and content partners within our service who may also collect your personal information.

If you place personal details on any publicly accessible page (for example on a message board) then this data will not be covered by our Privacy Policy.

5. How do we protect your information?

We are firmly committed to data security. We take steps to guard against unauthorised access to your personal information and to ensure it is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, although we make every effort to create a secure environment for your personal information we cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information which you transmit to us online.

The personal information we collect may be transferred to and/or stored or processed at a location outside the European Economic Area. By providing your personal information you consent to this transfer, storage and/or processing. We will take steps to ensure that your personal information is kept securely and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Important Information

1. Definitions

1.1 “Carer” means the person / persons who attend the camp/course/session or any part of it, with the child. They could also be responsible for the payment of the Fees and who is the contracting party to this contract.

1.2 “Parent” means a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for the payment of the Fees and who is the contracting party to this contract.

1.3 “Forward Sports Coaching” means the company or person with whom you have entered into this agreement.

1.4 “Course” means the Forward Sports Coaching camp/course/session you are attending or enrolling on.

1.5 “Enrolment Form” means the form relating to the enrolment or re-enrolment of the pupil on the course.

1.6 “Fee” means the monetary cost per course as specified on the enrolment form.

1.7 “Coach” means the individual(s), employed by Forward Sports Coaching to teach the Course. Whilst every effort will be taken to maintain the consistency of the Coaches during the Course, Forward Sports Coaching unreservedly retain the right to change the coaching staff where necessary.

1.8 “Premises” means the premises where the Course takes place.

1.9 “Pupil” means the child attending the course, whose details are specified by the Parent or Carer on the Enrolment Form.

1.10 “Terms” means the Terms and Conditions set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by Forward Sports Coaching and the parent.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2.1 All agreements relating to the teaching of the Course by Forward Sports Coaching to the Pupil are subject to these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

2.2 No variation or addition to the Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Forward Sports Coaching and the Parent.

2.3 The Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Parent upon payment of the Fee by or on behalf of the Parent. Payment by the Carer shall be deemed to have been made on behalf of the Parent.

2.4 The Parent and/or Carer agrees to keep the content of the Forward Sports Coaching Course and the Forward Sports Coaching Training Programme confidential and not to copy or use any aspect of the Forward Sports Coaching Programme directly or indirectly. The Parent and/or Carer agrees not to directly or indirectly manage, operate or assist in the organisation of any business which competes with Forward Sports Coaching while the Pupil is a member of Forward Sports Coaching and for a period of two years afterwards.

3. Fee and Payment

3.1 The Parent shall pay the whole Fee to Forward Sports Coaching prior to the Pupil commencing the Course.

3.2 The Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever except with the prior written agreement of Forward Sports Coaching, unless the child has attended the first class of their course and given notice that they will not be continuing to attend classes within 24 hours of attending the first class, in which case the course fees will be refunded in full within 30 days.

3.3 If classes are cancelled as a result of an “Act of God” (e.g. disruption resulting from extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, etc), strikes, terrorist activity, or where local authorities/public guidance advise that classes should be temporarily suspended for health or other reasons, then no refunds will be given and it will not be permitted to defer classes during the affected period.

3.4 When paying via Stripe on our Class For Kids platform, we accept the payment methods Stripe has approved on their platform at that particular time. ALL their Payment Policies, Terms & Conditions and all other Policies will be accepted by the Parent and/or Carer at the time of using Stripe services for booking onto a Forward Sports Coaching camp/course/session.

Examples of accepted payments may be - Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro.

3.5 When using our Payment Secures Booking via the Class For Kids Platform, Please be aware if the parent or carer attempts to pay and their card is declined due to an unknown error we will still process the booking. We will notify the parent or carer at the earliest opportunity of the situation and will expect payment to be made prior to the event taking place. Failure of upfront payment may result in the space being given to someone else and or refusal of entry to the child or adult/carer. 


4. Cancellation

4.1 Forward Sports Coaching may cancel this contract at any time before the Pupil commences the Course for any reason whatsoever. Forward Sports Coaching shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation.

4.2 In the event of cancellation by Forward Sports Coaching prior to the commencement of the camp/course/session by the Pupil, Forward Sports Coaching will refund any fees for outstanding classes within 30 days.

4.3 The Parent/Carer understands that sessions are to be used consecutively.

5. Parent’s Responsibility

5.1 The Parent warrants and represents that:

5.1.1 The information set out in the Booking Form (whether or not completed and/or signed by the Parent) is accurate in all respects and the Parent will notify Forward Sports Coaching of any change in such information immediately.

5.1.2 When attending the Course, neither the Pupil nor the Carer, nor the Parent will be suffering from any contagious illness, disease, injury or anything similar thereto.

5.2 The Parent acknowledges and agrees that the Pupil shall be deemed to be under the direction, care and control of the Carer throughout the Course and the Carer shall be responsible for the welfare and conduct of the Pupil throughout the Course and whilst the Pupil is on the Premises.

5.3 The Parent or Carer shall compensate for any loss or damage cost occurred and keep indemnified Forward Sports Coaching against all loss (including loss of profit), liability, costs and expenses which Forward Sports Coaching shall incur directly or indirectly as a consequence of any action or inaction of the Parent, the Carer or the Pupil.

6. Discipline

6.1 In the event that Forward Sports Coaching determines the behaviour of the Pupil and/or the Carer to be unacceptable, Forward Sports Coaching shall be entitled to exclude the Pupil and the Carer (or either of them) from Course and Premises permanently or for such period as Forward Sports Coaching shall (in its entire discretion) determine.

6.2 The standard of behaviour which is to be regarded as unacceptable at a Course or on Premises shall be determined by Forward Sports Coaching.

7. Exclusion of Liability

7.1 Except in the case of fraud and subject to clause 7 below, Forward Sports Coaching, its coaches, servants, employees or agents accept no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, expense or delay suffered or incurred by the Parent, the Pupil or any other party arising directly or indirectly or in any way connected with the attendance of the Pupil at the Course (or any part of it) or any other act or omission on the part of Forward Sports Coaching or any of its coaches, employees or agents even if such act or omission is negligent.

7.2 The Parent agrees (for and on behalf of the Parent and the Pupil) that any claim by the Parent or the Pupil against Forward Sports Coaching or any coach, employee or agent of Forward Sports Coaching must be brought within 30 days of the event that gave rise to such claim. Any claim made thereafter shall be time-barred.

7.3 The Parent acknowledges, warrants and undertakes (for and on behalf of the Parent and the Pupil) that the maximum aggregate liability of Forward Sports Coaching to the Parent and/or Pupil under these terms shall not exceed the Fee.

7.4 All warranties and conditions whether implied by statute or otherwise are excluded from this contract provided that nothing in this contract shall restrict or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Forward Sports Coaching, its coaches, servants, employees or agents or affects the statutory rights of the Parent or Pupil.

8. General.

8.1 Any notices to be sent by either party to the other shall be sent by pre-paid recorded delivery or registered post or hand delivered to the address of the relevant party and shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee within 48 hours of posting if sent by post and immediately if hand delivered. Forward Sports Coaching do not accept service of documents by email or fax.

8.2 The failure by either party to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the obligations arising under these Terms shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all the obligations arising under these Terms.

8.3 The Parent acknowledges, has read and understood the Forward Sports Coaching Data Privacy Policy.

8.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties. It is agreed that no statement, promise or inducement whether written or oral alleged to have been made by either party and which is no contained herein shall be binding or form part of this Agreement.

8.5 This entire agreement shall be governed by English Law and shall fall under English jurisdiction. For Republic of Ireland based courses, this entire agreement shall be governed by Republic of Ireland Law and shall fall under Republic of Ireland jurisdiction.
